How much does losing both coordinators hurt the Eagles?

I don't think Gannon was a great DC, if I'm being honest. Their personnel on that side of the ball is still very good, if not a little old in spots, so the main problems this year will come from learning a new system and communication. The move from Gannon to Desai is probably a push.

I do however think Steichen was a great OC. Great play designer, play caller, everything. I think that will be a big loss for them and you will see at least a slower start from their offense to begin the season. We've seen promotions made for the sake of consistency go wrong many times. I don't know enough about Brian Johnson to say if he's going to be a worthy successor or not.

Overall, their personnel is enough to mostly overcome these changes, but I think we see a dip in offensive production from them AT LEAST to start the year.

They’re talented enough that they’ll probably be fine, but safe to assume there will be regression.

Really impossible to predict exactly how much, I couldn’t even guess.
