Championshiporbust
He went to two and blew it (SB 51 and SB 54).....will he win one anytime soon?
Malfatron
Chances are low, but its hard to win a super bowl

When it comes to questions like this, I'll probably always side with the odds, and the odds (in a vacuum) say he won't.
AngusMcFife
He'd have a better chance if he didn't trade three 1sts for Trey Lance.

I mean, I don't give him or the team any credit for Nick Bosa (this would be like giving Baalke credit for Trevor Lawrence). The only good first round pick that they have made was probably Brandon Aiyuk, and even that was a little tainted by an unnecessary trade up. McGlinchey probably gave the absolute bare minimum you would want from a top 10 pick.
Forge
I will say that if he does win one, it's under the Andy Reid model. I don't think he wins it with SF.

Yeah, his career with the Niners is remarkably similar to Reid with the Eagles so far

It would be ironic to see him win a Super Bowl with the same franchise his father won his 2 Super Bowls with.

If Russ doesn't work out Payton probably gets a chance to get his own QB before the Broncos consider firing him unless they're historically bad
LeotheLion
I'm assuming he'll win 1. It might just take time, although he has as good of a chance as ever going into a season.
Manny/Patrick
If he doesn’t win one in the next 2 years he wont
AkronsWitness
If its not now (or soon) its never. He has the luck of being able to have one of, if not the best defense in the NFL backing him up along with talent across the offense in a incredibly weak conference. That team should be skipping to the NFC title game every year. The problem with Kyle is he has 'I need to be the smartest guy in the room' syndrome and it leads to a lot of questionable decisions with the roster/timing. Its almost like he coaches like he is still a young OC trying to make a name for himself. Edited August 18, 2023 by AkronsWitness
