DaBoys
FRISCO, Texas — On roster cut day, the Dallas Cowboys have moved on from 2021 second-round pick CB Kelvin Joseph as the team sent the former Kentucky product to the Miami Dolphins in exchange for 2020 first-round pick CB Noah Igbinoghene. The_Slamman
Great trade for Joseph. The city of Miami will really benefit from another up-and-coming rapper in their midst.
DaBoys
What do we Noah ‘bout Igbinoghene?
DaBoys
Round 1 pick 30 the same year we drafted Lamb. 30) Noah Igbinoghene, CB, Miami Dolphins (via Packers) The pick might stand out as a surprise but Igbinoghene is an A-plus athlete with exceptional straight-line speed and quickness. He is a press-only corner with a competitive streak that shows up on tape. The Auburn standout lacks natural ball skills, but he's ideally suited to run around in man coverage as a former track star on the grass. Him, Arnette, Gladney… teams really overthought it.

College doesn’t mean a whole lot at this point.

I still like the possibilities in his future though over that if Joseph. Joseph has shown little more than an ability to play special teams and still screw up there. While Noah Whateverghene has at least shown he can be physical with a receiver and make a decent attempt at coverage. Not saying he is going to be anything of value or use. But the chances of him being such are higher than that it Joseph. Basically it was trading off a better special teams guy for a better depth guy. He has made some good plays mixed in with his struggles though. But doesn't seem very capable or willing in special teams play. Probably an ego thing 'Im a first round pick wah wah' I think the trade wasnt so much an indication of what they think of him so much as what they needed from that fourth slot on the depth chart. If you aren't beating out the top three guys for playing time at corner (and Miami has some good corners), you better be lacing up those cleats for ST. In Dallas, we have our core ST guys. Doesn't matter if he isn't reliable there as long as we have our main guys taking the field to cover kicks. He is a better depth chart corner than Joseph
quiller
Well looking at our game day roster Joseph wasn’t going to be suiting up any time soon so this ends up adding a different skill set to our practice squad and rolling the dice that he will be better then Joseph if needed hopefully never
