SteelKing728
Does Byron Murphy have a shot at covering either Godwin or Evans? Or is this going to be ugly?

Godwin and Evans aren't going to be a factor with Baker Mayfield at the helm.

The Vikings had a young defense, acclaimed veteran WR, and an incoming rookie WR that was drafted in the first round. If similarities continue, I would be very pleased. Two TDs for Addison? Not to completely repeat history, Joseph can go ahead and miss a FG at some point during the season.
viking
Vita Vea is the biggest threat the Vikes should be worrying about. If Cleveland, Bradbury and Ingram don't do their jobs it's going to be a long day for the offense

If somehow the current offensive line can manage to play close to what that offensive line did, then that's a possibility...however, I'm not betting on it. 🤣 We also need Danielle Hunter to transform into John Randle.
vike daddy
Hockenson was "pretty close to full" during a closed practice session and is expected to keep ramping up in anticipation for the Vikings home opener versus Tampa Bay. O'Connell: "That'll be the plan moving forward. He's been working his way back slowly, and he has a great plan. I feel like he's in great shape. He looked really good yesterday. And we'll just continue to progress him on a timeline leading into next Sunday so that he feels ready to go. But as of right now, I feel very good about T.J.'s chances of being available." O'Connell added that linebacker Brian Asamoah II should have a "full week, plus" of preparation ahead of Week 1. He's been dealing with a shoulder injury. https://www.vikings.com/news/5-takeaways-o-connell-adofo-mensah-on-roster-decisions-injury-updates?fbclid=IwAR1iz-N-YTs9AiENBpVAV0zmgmSk9_mMGXvaxiIW2Pz0cuONeUOmoE-uWKU

One thing worth mentioning though is that Evans has always produced, be it with McCown, Glennon, Winston, Fitzmagic or Brady.
