That is the worst quarterbacking I've seen in a college football game in a long time. The kid from Penn State was missing throws by 10 yards. EDIT: Funny, I just turned on the Wisconsin - Illinois game and saw the Wisconsin QB throw two passes that were better than anything either quarterback threw in the Penn State - Ohio State game.
