bucsfan333
Sure would be nice to get Barber more touches to see what we've got. Dougie is as good as gone. Barber has a chance to make RB a lesser need.

Hopefully a new GM will be able to evaluate the roster and realize we may have a “smash” with Barber and just need to draft a “dash.” He needs to be brought back. bucsfan333
Clifton Smith. The greatest return man in Bucs history.
ravishingone
The whole Barber dilemma is not a good look for Koetter. If a starter cant lose his job because of injury Justin Evans would still be playing special teams.

Martin makes too much money to be sitting on the bench so we really have no choice but to use him. Yeah its not right but it what it is.

The Martin situation underlies an inherent fatal flaw with this regime. Im pretty sure with Martin s suspension the organization would be off the hook for any guaranteed money left on it. In Martin s case this season was guaranteed. Not only did they not cut Martin without a salary cap hit. They had all the leverage in the world to renegotiate and make it incentive laden to reduce their financial risk and allow Martin to earn the money back. Upon return, go back to being the starter, and stay as starter with awful production. Wow. Everytime I try and figure out a way for this regime to survive, you start thinking about these personnel decisions made and the only conclusion is they have to go because they have established a culture that is not good.
