Apparently AR wants to return this season.

Given his exotic drugs, maybe he actually will.

It's all that listeningt to dolphins ******* that'll do be the real reason

CBS injury “expert” says Rodgers could return as soon as week 15.

Aaron Rodgers was walking without crutches and throwing pregame passesahead of the Jets' Week 6 upset of the Eagles. It was the clearest sign yet that the quarterback is on an unprecedented timeline in his recovery from an Achilles tear, according to CBS Sports HQ injury expert Marty Jaramillo, who believes Rodgers is "absolutely" on pace to return this season.

"He's moving almost three times as fast as traditional protocols," Jaramillo told CBSSports.com Monday. "No boot, no crutches, minimal limp. It's quite exponential. There is no precedent for this type of recovery following an Achilles tear. He is beating back Father Time."

Even though we're all burned out from Rodger's medical choices, this is super cool. PRP injections aren't that crazy expensive these days, this could be way more accessible not just for players but regular people one day.

I actually had PRP injections in both knees - wasn't too expensive, and the difference is noticeable, I've been taking up running and being more active in workouts and such.

I didn't think PRP was available for full tears, but maybe this wasn't a full tear?

maybe the media hyped it, perhaps not a true rupture.

league kept secret for media hype. Still , everyone would like Rodgers to return and with the Jets defence, it could be interesting indeed

He's going to be 40 by the end of the year. By the logic that he shouldn't try, you could also say that he shouldn't play football. It's not outrageous by the standards of anyone choosing to play this game.

Agree, that's way too quick to come back from that type of injury and not risk anything futher.

So a 41 year old could be in position to not play football anymore?

Wtf is an injury expert? A physician? Surgeon? Physical therapist?

I thought it was MRI + history data for recovery time based on MRI.   Who knows anymore though, no idea. It just might be where 2nd opinion is found afterall
