This is it.  We need a win this week to have a chance at the playoffs.  And it’s against our oldest rivals.

Offense
We know London will focus on Moton.  So we will have a TE on his side in both formations to chip and help out pretty much every play.  If London puts Mack on that side, we will also likely have the RB come to chip Mack again.  We think the rest of our OL can definitively win.

We will use our two TE set around 40% of the time.  We want to hit them in the mouth early to soften them up and open up our play action passing later on.  We will run inside, outside, and everywhere in between as we don’t think there is any part of there run defense we can’t win against.  We will pass from this formation as well.  We want to attack their smaller LBs with our big TEs as we think routes like a simple curl will be very effective as our TEs can just box them out.  We will also involve Tyreek plenty with quick routes to get the ball in his hands.  And we will take some deep shots to DJax and Fuller to keep the defense honest.

We are bringing back our 3 WR set for the other 60%.  This is to attack a depleted secondary lacking White.  We will put Tyreek in the slot here to give him an even better release off the line.  Fuller and DJax will run plenty of deeper routes to strain their defense even more as they are spaced out.  We will run plenty from this formation as well as they’ll be spaced out a bit.

Even with White playing, we want to attack the corners of London with our team speed.  Look for plenty of deep shots off of play action as well as crossing routes.

Defense
London has a solid OL, but our DL can handle anyone.  We fully expect to win in the trenches on a regular basis, shut down their run game, and make London pass.  We will run both man and zone coverages(Cover 2 and 3) to keep Mariota guessing.  We want to use zone to keep eyes on Mariota in case he tries to run.

Bouye and Darby will play outside with Hilton in the slot.  Gipson will be single high in man.

Haha is going to roam around the box and play a number of different roles.  He, Alec, and Kiko will rotate covering Walker, the RB, and spying Mariota in man and taking various areas in zone.

We think we can allow Haha to be in the box because all three of our corners are playing great right now.  With Gipson over the top, they should be able to limit the effectiveness of these WRs.

London Gameplan:

Offense
Spread- We are going to come out with 3 wide receivers and spread out the field, at times having Walker in the slot too, or taking out Anderson and putting in 4 or 5 receivers. We want to attack their secondary, and we feel that our receivers match up favorably. We'll run a number of quick slants and rub routes to help get guys open against man coverage, and trusting Mariota to find the holes in the zone defenses. We'll sprinkle in a number of deep shots to the post and corner once we sense the secondary is getting tired,  some hitches and comebacks once the corners start playing further off, and constantly rotate guys in to keep the defense tired. The gameplan will be more focused on finding the open guy, though we'll also feature Walker when the matchup favors him, such as a linebacker on him.

Contain The Perimeter-  Houston and Lawrence are a formidable pass rush tandem, so we are going to focus on shorter drop-backs, quicker passes to counter the edge rushers, as well as allow Mariota to set up in the pocket. We will have our running backs stay in to block, or have delayed routes out the backfield where they'll chip the ends / linebackers. We'll run a few read options at them as well, to keep the ends honest.

Don't Forget The Run- Even though we're going to go spread for this game, we still want to be able to run the ball and take advantage of fewer defenders in the box. While Williams and Daniels are a strong duo against the run, running some double team blocks into the next level should give us some success in the interior, and we trust CJ Anderson to have success with 7 or fewer in the box. We still have the option plays with Mariota, as well as some quick pass-read options, but overall we are going to try and limit Mariota's exposure to hits.

Defense
4-3 Defense- For this matchup we'll come out with our base defense, although of course if they come out 3 or 4 wide, we'll adjust accordingly, with Adoree Jackson being our nickel CB. Our safeties will be initially playing a cover 2 over the top, but at times we'll drop Jefferson closer to the line of scrimmage. They have a pretty stout offensive line, but we feel that with 7 or 8 in the box we'll be able to compete and limit their running plays. All in all, we'll adjust our formation and personnel based on what they come out with, but our emphasis will be to adapt to what they want to come out with, and throw them off their game.

Blitz Winston- Winston has been out with injuries lately, so we are going to come out and hit him hard and often early in the game. We want to see if he's going to be able to withstand the hits and whether he'll start to get nervous in the pocket and make mistakes. He's got 50 turnovers in 41 games, so by bringing an extra linebacker or two, shuffle in a corner or safety from time to time, and we like our chances of generating a turnover or three. While we do want to make sure their running game isn't going to get going, we don't anticipate much difficulty handling Miller or Gillislee, especially if we have Jefferson hovering near the line of scrimmage. Thus, getting in Winston's face all game long will be our priority. In addition to all the blitzes, it'll give Garrett and Mack a chance to come tearing off the edge in one-on-one blocks, and we like those guys in a matchup against a hurting Trent Williams (who might not play) and Taylor Moton.

Play Earl Thomas High-  With two speedsters in Hill and Jackson, we're going to want to make sure we have Earl Thomas providing safety help over the top for our corners. It'll allow him to utilize his playmaking ability, reading Winston and breaking on the ball. It'll also prevent us from getting burned deep if our corners slip up for a moment. It'll be primarily Cover-1 with man-to-man underneath, though we'll sprinkle in some zone with our blitzes to keep us from being predictable. We will also employ Cover-2 with man under coverage, trusting our corners to jam at the line of scrimmage with the knowledge that even if they get beat initially, they have safeties covering deep. That will also help in delaying the routes and allowing blitzers to get home.

Shoot. I completely blanked about White having a concussion.

Nevertheless, I do believe Europe has more lenient laws pertaining to medical clearances, so we exercise that right. Or just slide the cornerbacks up. However you see fit.

Although unlike the real Titans, I will not be having Adoree Jackson run a route on a 4th down play that he had not practiced at all.

Edit: Yeah, White passed concussion protocol and played this Sunday. So ha! Eat it Berlin Biscuits.
