Jalen Warren has been an absolute stud for the Steelers offense. He will need help from others as teams will game plan more to stop Warren.

With no Joe Burrow the Steelers defense will need to be able to control the LOS and force the Bengals into obvious pass situations.

There will be a lot of eyes on the Steelers offense and Kenny Pickett. He is starting to hear grublongs and feel some pressure from fans.

The Steelers big pass rush has been a bit MIA. Watt and Highsmith need to get home to the QB. Pressures are good, but sacks are better.

With no Joe, slowing down and or stopping the Bengals big three will be the defenses challenge. Oh, and don't forget about Tyler Boyd.

Trey Hendrickson will look to make Dan Moore's job hard protecting Pickett's blindside. Give him some help and Pickett some time.

This is a must game for both teams. The team that loses may go down the tubes so to speak. The team that wins may try to use the win to build momentum and head to the play-offs. The Steelers offense has been pathetic. The Bengals will be starting a back-up, but have beaten the Steelers with a back-up before (see 2020).  I predicted the Steelers to lose one of the two games in Ohio. The Browns won, so I think the Steelers win this one in a similar ugly fashion as all their other games. Steelers 20-16 over Bengals. If Burrow was playing, I would say the Bengals win.

P.S. Matt Canada is now gone. Hopefully this will help spark the offense.

RB Coach Eddie Faulkner will assume OC responsibilities and QB Coach Mike Sullivan will call plays. "Pound the rock, use the middle of the field, the TE is our friend, and we have dynamic and explosive WR's in Dionte, Pickens and Austin!"

I think we beat them without Burrow, but it would be for the best if we lost in similar fashion as to the Browns.    I have no desire to see this team have stretches of offensive competency because they don't last and only serve as justification to maintain the status quo.

I want losses not because it will force change like you hope it will, rather for it to reveal the issues are more than 1-2-3 people.

???

You basically just agreed with me in a roundabout way.  xD

My entire issue is that all they make are small tweaks every year under Tomlin and think it will solve most issues, when the issues are more widespread than that....which you precisely agreed with when you said the issues go beyond just a few people.  B|

I meant more that FO/HC change you are hoping for.  I think it will put it somewhere in-between where more needs to change than tweaks, but it won't be wholesale.

I think everyone is aware of the issues. Winning 16-13 won't change that. If they go the play-offs and even win a game, I think that everyone knows that the offense and team needs change. I can't see Canada surving and he shouldn't. Again, better OC's were not retained BA and Haley. I can actully see this team winning a play-off game depending on who the match-up is. They won't beat KC or Miami, but I could see them upsetting the Jags, Texans, or even the Ravens (strictly on familiarity). This team needs changes and they know it. I just don't think they do it until the off season.

If they do not allow Sullivan to call plays soon AR2 needs to sit Tomlin down for a talk.

how about someone make AR2 watch the offence for a full game no commercial or commentators , just the offence in a game such as the browns game. Make him watch that and ask how he thinks season ticket holder feel braving the elements to watch that division 2 offence
