1. Typical Steve Spags D overloading on first third down. Good pick up. Witten got under the rusher and helped solidify the protrection.

2. Prescott throw to TWill under pressure is that quick accurate well timed release that made him ROY. Unshaken despite a broken pocket and no place to scramble. Well placed and well timed.

3. Vernons roughing call was blatant but Daks throw upthe sideline, amazing. He put that ball in a great spot and Williams has to catch that. Contested, tight coverage, but couldnt be a better throw.

4. Thats three should-have-been catches by Williams on the same drive. Yes, contested catches. Yes, tight coverage. Everyone wants to know why Dak "has trouble" throwing into tight coverages? Possibly because Williams cant catch unless hes wide open. One ball hit him in the freakin face, even.

5. Not to knock on Eli. But that has to be a completion to Ellison there. Wide open and a blatant overthrow and miss. The formation and route combination had Byron Jones completely lost in space.

6. New york utilizing a new wrinkle to aid their OL - hard nosed running and consistent two check down option passing. It isnt pretty by any means but sure will help that bad OL play.

7. How do you know Lee is back? On the draw play on third down by Nyg,  you see the LBs shift over slightly just before the snap, which completely posts each of them in the would-be running lanes. The runner tries to cut back but theres nothing there either. Win for Dallas defense on the play recognition of its best player, Sean Lee.

8 Williams, thats how you catcha ball, just watch James Hannah. Good extension in tight coverage. Classic diamond shaped hands to grab it and pull it to his body. Good throw, good catch by a guy not known for catching.

9. Giants triple zone over Brown shows they know understand this system very well. They were not tripling Brown. They were tripling the route, a long crosser with outside routes lifting coverage a staple of this offense since 2012.

10. That throw to Engram for the long gain, the OL picked up  great blitz attempt and bought Eli enough time to find Engram, who  ran unimpeded off his release. Looks like Byron was lost again, and the safety ovef the top was too slow to come over.

11. TD to Bryant was an easy route, a basic slant, not one of Bryants more productive routes historically. However, that toughness in the ooen field to break thw tackle is typical Dez. Scheme wise, the route was a greatway to beat a a single high safety man coverage blitz. That play call was Rices money maker in an age where single high blitzing waz the norm, and now you see here exactly why so.
