Pass rushers get held. They aren't calling 15 holds a game against left tackles. Also if the pass rusher uses a rip move tackles are allowed to hold.

Every team's fans complain about holds, especially with elite pass rushers. It's a part of the game. They want offenses to score and they don't want 20 extra penalties per game, and neither do we. Games would last until 4:30 regularly and 5:00 for an OT or slow game.

No one wants 20 extra penalties. But 1 or 2 would be nice. By the end of the last 2 games, the opposing OL's were basically doing whatever they wanted. Call 1 or 2 per game to keep them at least a little honest.
