Why wouldn't we want to sign a stop gap QB for dirt cheap while we develop our QBotF? This is smart business. Burpies on Freemont and a shuttle from his executive suite at the MGM would definitely endear him to our locker room. No thanks, I'll pass. reddevil Posted February 2 Share Posted February 2 I can’t see how we would honestly be able to move up into the top 3. I just can’t see it happening. Has there ever been a situation where all of the top 3 teams picking needed a QB? And in a draft where there is a consensus top 3 and a clear drop off after that! It’s bananas. Jaylen Williams if we're able to make a trade up, but Penix squeaks by McCarthy as my preferred option at 13 or lower.
