PhillyRaider Posted January 4 Share Posted January 4 In just 6 days, a 3 judge panel in Arizona will decide whether the Gruden lawsuit against the NFL and Roger Goodell can proceed in court or if it will be pushed back into a phony, rigged, kangaroo court overseen by Roger Goodell himself or one of his appointees. The NFL wants no part of this lawsuit. If it proceeds to court, Gruden's lawyers will then be able to expose who leaked the emails and, far more interesting to me, what the league had against the Raiders in particular. I find it more than curious that this case was delayed once already. What was the reason for it? It should not have been. Maybe a couple of the judges on the panel received a new home in Hawaii or Malibu along with a big, fat envelope full of cash? Could be. The end result of that investigation was that the Raiders head coach and subsequently, their GM were fired. Believe me when I tell you that the NFL is TERRIFIED of this lawsuit. Roger Goodell's dirty laundry about to be exposed for the world to see. Gruden's team is going to go after everything about the league's dirty business especially as it pertains to the Raiders. We're going to find out everything. The thing I want to find out is how many times this league fixed games against the Raiders. When discovery happens we'll find out everything pertaining to the Raiders and a Civil case can prompt a criminal investigation if the evidence gathered indicates a crime has been committed or the law broken. In a 32 team league. We also led the league in penalties for the last 10 season from 2014-2024. But that's all a conspiracy. We're also the only team that the league itself removed our head coach and that started as an investigation into Washington. But that must also be a conspiracy to you. RaidersForever Posted January 5 Share Posted January 5 I have a passing interest in conspiracy theories (mainly for entertainment value, but there's a few I think might be based more in fact than fiction), but my final word on all of them is simple: Prove it. On the other hand: If there were/are unethical, immoral, and/or illegal things going on that this court case will uncover, then expose everything. I don't care who or what it takes down, expose everything and shine the light on it all -- and I say that while Epstein files (and the names therein) are being released.
