Unless it's been told to Mitchell #27 will eventually be available, which to be honest would be even more F-up as a dead man walking. I'm of the opinion Either Smitty who has put on 20lb apparently OR AJ will be playing out of the Slot the majority of their snaps 8n 2024, Creating mismatches. Aka, the Lamb/Allen role in Kellen Moore's offense. I'd be surprised if 1 of those two aren't in that role. So once again why sign just a SWR? As much as I'd love for Smith or Covey to run away with the slot position and Wilson to work out perfectly as a red zone/sub package guy year 1, Boyd is proven and this is a team with SB aspirations.
