adamq
Simply put, who would you rather have as your QB as of right now and for the foreseeable future
Tank4Drake
I’ll take Stroud. Let another year go by and I think Love may be the popular option over Lamar. Love can actually go through progressions really fast, A+ pocket presence, good play extension, and throw in the tightest windows. I think he’ll end up better than Lamar. Three terrific QB’s. SodeeWater_Cheezburger
Stroud (because of his age) Lamar Love (still unproven to me)
adamq
Eh I guess I asked the wrong question, should have been "who is better?"
AFlaccoSeagulls
And as most could probably guess, this thread aged beautifully.

seminoles1
I accidentally voted for Love, but my answer is Lamar in a vacuum.

My brother in christ, this was Jordan Love's first year starting as well...If CJ Stroud is unproven, then by definition so is Jordan Love, and the opposite holds true as well.

Thank you for the friendly post, my brother. To answer your question, I think you have to give CJ credit for it being his true rookie year. While it's true that it was Love's first year as a starter, he has also had the benefit of three full seasons to sit behind a Hall of Fame quarterback and learn the system. Stroud did all of this right from the start. I also want to say that Lamar is certainly the best of the three right now. He may stay the best. I love him as a player too. Huge respect for his game. I just think it is really remarkable what CJ Stroud was able to accomplish in his rookie season.

nagahide13
Well I'm definitely taking the MVP over the guys that seem like they have the potential to get there... Lamar and it's not even close.
