mwalker
Who's a little less obvious (within reason) as a potential trade target?
Steeler Hitman
I would be surprised if they traded for anyone. I think that they value their draft capitol. I would be very surprised if they traded picks for someone at this point. I think that they use free agency. There are some players out there and there will be some salary cap casualties both pre and post June. They need help at the following on offense: Center - - sign a F/A Biadaisz or Cushenberry and draft a player. I cut Mason OT - - draft a guy, but also sign someone like Isiah Wynn or Trent Brown Slot WR - - Draft a Slot guy and sign Ray Ray McCloud QB - - Will be kicking the tires on several free agent QB's for competition. I start with keeping Mason and sign Minshew, Winston, Darnold, Wentz They need help at the following on defense: DL - - cut Ogunojobi, sign Quinton Jefferson and Jonathan Bullard, draft a DL CB - - Jaylon Johnson or L'Jarius Sneed Slot CB - - draft or sign Shaq Griffin SS - - draft or Edumnds or Jeremy Chinn ILB - - Bring back Kwon and draft a player or sign Isaiah Simmins
AFF
Unless it’s a big splashy move for say Justin Jefferson or Aiyuk, I could see something after the draft for a late round pick.
warfelg
Yea like @AFF, I think it’s either a big splash or very late offseason trade. These small trades make little sense. Just let the team release the guy unless you think that it would be a competitive market. Even though it’s not a good late round draft, giving up those picks isn’t the greatest idea. We agree on many of the needs, lets see how it goes . I expect Sneed to get lots of offers , will Khan miss out by not making good offer early?
JustPlainNasty
Something to keep in mind about this draft and offseason is that Arizona has 6 draft picks in the top 100 and 9 total in the top 150. They also have a lot of room in their salary cap.
mwalker
Rumblings around G.Wilson WR Jets, wanting traded. Ultra competitive. Sick of losing. I'd be interested.

Why would he come here? Is this an upgrade for him? The Jets have a better defense and hope for a healthy Rodgers to return. We have an overrated defense and an unsolved QB situation…

I wouldn’t say that the Jets QB room is any more settled than ours. There’s no guarantee that Rodgers can come back from his Achilles. He might want to play for a coach that players like. It’s also possible he wants to play for a team that has been a consistent winner instead of a perennial loser. The way fans talk about the Steelers you’d think we were the worst team in the history of the league.

Got some good points, but he's not going to a team with an unresolved QB situation when he could be an elite receiver and a Super Bowl contender with a team that has a clear franchise QB. This guy is not stupid, and his skill set is elite.

More legitimate sources recently paint a much different picture...

You probably have 1 or absolute max 2 seasons with Rodgers who they made a huge investment in. They are not trading away his WR1.

It's a terrible organization that manipulates their offseason to give false hope and to lock in more and more ticket money earlier and earlier when they 'appear' to have made progress. They get rid of that receiver and I guarantee you they will lose a lot of fans this time. They love him, and if the Jets start giving up on recent solid draft picks, it's a wrap. Minshew is the only guy on that list id want of the QBs. Sneed over Johnson but I'll take either. Jeremy Chinn please. I'm good with the rest tbh
