Teddy Bridgewater Retires - Takes HS Head Coach Role

Cool for him.

I'm low key jealous I didn't have an ex NFL or evem college player as my HS coach.

When I was back in Mobile, AL visiting some friends last year, I did hop over and watch one of Philip Rivers' games.

NFL stars seem sooooo far away from the general public a lot of times- especially those who live in areas further out from NFL centers. Seeing them just be dudes coaching the high school team is always a nice deviation.

For Teddy, he'll probably move up quick. He had the mind for the game, just not the body.

Love Teddy. I have no idea if he wants a future in coaching at a high level. He's been talking specifically about coaching HS football all year... He might just want to work with kids. Super great dude, super teammate etc. He was great here even without taking a snap.
