I had to go back a long way as even drafts were they missed on the 1st round pick but they had some players that played for a long time.  This draft got Noll to retire.

1991    1    1    15    15    Huey Richardson    LB    Florida
     2    2    19    46    Jeff Graham    WR    Ohio State
3    3    18    73    Ernie Mills    WR    Florida   <<< Only one that amounted to anything
     4    4    5    88    Sammy Walker    DB    Texas Tech
     5    4    20    103    Adrian Cooper    TE    Oklahoma
     6    6    19    158    Leroy Thompson    RB    Penn State
     7    7    18    185    Andre Jones    LB    Notre Dame
     8    8    17    212    Dean Dingman    G    Michigan
     9    9    15    238    Bruce McGonnigal    TE    Virginia

It seems like we're talking about for our own teams, and for the Titans, it's hard to get worst than what might be the worst draft in terms of talent in my lifetime (as far as I can remember, at least), 2013.

Titans drafted Chance Warmack, who was at the absolute height of his playing ability, a mediocre guard; Justin Hunter, athletic WR who got to almost WR3 status with a 498 yard season before injuries derailed his, um..."talent"; Blidi Wreh-Wilson, who was a decent CB for literally one year; Zaviar Gooden, a linebacker who definitely was a football player; Brian Schwenke, their "top center in the whole class" in a class that included Travis Frederick; Lavar Edwards, two career sacks (not with the Titans);  Khalid Wooten, who only made practice squads; and Daimion Stafford, who was actually a really good pick for a 248th overall selection.

The closest things to productive players were a WR4 who was constantly injured, a No. 2 CB for one year, and a third safety.  But the best-guard-prospect-ever-can't-miss-sure-thing Warmack was a high end backup level guard for like six years, so that's definitely a win.

I was looking back at the 2009 draft man that has to be the worst of all time Josh McDaniels picked a great draft to trade a future first for Alphonso Smith lmao.

Probably yhe 2015 draft. Looking back on it now, it was all-time terrible.

The 2008 draft for us:

6 180 Kareem Moore S Nicholls State
6 186 Colt Brennan QB Hawaii
7 242 Rob Jackson DE Kansas State

Raiders 2013

CB Hayden I'd never heard of and almost died on the football field in college. Reggie took him with our 1st.

T Menliek Watson was another REACH and quite a few better football players went after the pick. Reggie thought upside...

LB Sio Moore I think saw the field but was another head scratcher with talent still on the board.

QB Tyler Wilson I thought was a steal and a future QB but nahhh...

However in the 6th TE Rivera and RB Murray played significant time for us...

Year Rnd Player Pick Pos To
2010 3 Major Wright 75 DB 2016
2010 4 Corey Wootton 109 DE 2014
2010 5 Joshua Moore 141 DB 2010
2010 6 Dan LeFevour 181 QB N/A
2010 7 J'Marcus Webb 218 OT 2020

Wright was a hard hitter but had a hard time getting lined up on anyone, and was BAD in coverage

Wooton is a Jeopardy fact, he was the last one to sack Brett Favre and "ended" the Iron Man's career technically.

Moore was out of place from TC

Dan was out of place once he was drafted

Webb found a way to rip owners off for 10 years and I don't get it. Dude was horrific.

Niners, 2012 was bad:

Aj Jenkins, La Michael James, Joe looney and Darius Fleming.

1997 was horrific. Only 3 picks, a first, second and third. First round pick was Jim Drunkenmiller, second round pick was a fullback and third was tight end Greg Clark

There were some rough ones in the late 80s and early 90s too. 91 or 92 was pretty bad

Green Bay's 2015 draft was arguably the worst draft for the Packers of my lifetime.
