Exactly. And no respectable OC or DC will be willing to come work under a lame duck HC on a team that's could be playing in 3 different cities in the next 3 years.

Bottom line.... this team will go as Carr goes. So they need to INVEST in an offensive minded coach to work with him. 

JDR is a defensive minded coach who's failed to elevate the defense in 3 years and has mismanaged his assistant coaching hires..... time to go!

Heard Mark and Gruden always had a good relationship, but I'm not sure if Gruden is the answer.
