Leonard Fournette- 15

Rookie of the year

Not gonna over try to get my guys in the All Star game, but Vic Beasley and Harrison Smith are both no-brainers that absolutely deserve to start.

Few guys I'd like to push for Pro Bowl spots

Keenan Allen [16 GS]: 109 receptions for 1,273 yards (11.68 YPR, 31 LNG), 9 touchdowns, 6 drops.

Spent half the season as my #2 WR, and the other half catching balls from Jared Goff.

Tyler Eifert [16 GS]: 88 receptions for 1,054 yards (11.98 YPR, 32 LNG), 5 touchdowns, 4 drops, 1 fumble. 16 pancakes.

TDs are circumstantial, so I give him the nod over Gronk. Plus...Catching balls from Jared Goff.

Cameron Wake [16 GS]: 57 tackles (10 stuffs), 1 coverage, 13 sacks, 1 forced fumble, 1 recovery.

No brainer.

Nick Fairley [16 GS]: 71 tackles (13 stuffs), 7 sacks, 1 forced fumble.

No brainer.

Christian Kirksey [16 GS]: 113 tackles (10 stuffs), 5 coverages, 3 sacks.

Haven't even looked at other LBs but he put up some very nice stats.

A.J. Bouye [16 GS]: 73 tackles (2 stuffs), 62 coverages, 1 sack, 6 interceptions, 1 forced fumble.

Feel like he's a no brainer.

I mean, can you argue against the 3 no brainers? Keenan Allen likely won't make it, which I'm fine with. Eifert won't make it, which I'm fine with. I didn't even look at other LBs, Kirksey just had good stats so I tossed him out there.

My options were to

A) Play Kirk in a meaningless season and lose 3 tags

B) Start Jared Goff and have the ability to keep both him and Kirk for 1 tag each

Seems like a clear cut choice. Thats a 4th no brainer.

It’s pretty obvious those players put up those stats because they’re pretty good players who overproduced with no one around them to take plays from them. Otherwise three “no brainers” and three more potential All Stars, plus Ben and AB never would have been in a place to tank to begin with. A tanking team doesn’t deserve 3 All Stars.

I think I'm only gonna have Ryan, Jordy, and Gates. Landry, Hightower, Okung and Kalil are also maybes.

Matt Ryan [16 GS]: 413/627 (65.87%, 107.27 Rating) for 5,329 yards, 38 touchdowns, 8 interceptions. 28 carries for 68 yards (2.43 YPC, 19 LNG), 2 touchdowns, 2 fumbles.

Jordy Nelson [16 GS]: 122 receptions for 1,553 yards (12.73 YPR, 29 LNG), 14 touchdowns, 2 drops, 1 fumble.

Jarvis Landry [16 GS]: 98 receptions for 1,302 yards (13.29 YPR, 74 LNG), 11 touchdowns, 2 drops, 1 fumble.

Antonio Gates [16 GS]: 86 receptions for 1,131 yards (13.15 YPR, 70 LNG), 7 touchdowns, 4 drops, 1 fumble. 7 pancakes.

Russell Okung [16 GS]: 13 pancakes, 8 sacks allowed, 3 stuffs allowed.

Ryan Kalil [16 GS]: 19 pancakes, 11 sacks allowed, 4 stuffs allowed.

Dont'a Hightower [16 GS]: 102 tackles (13 stuffs), 3 coverages, 8 sacks, 1 forced fumble, 1 recovery, 1 safety.

Yeah and I'm probably right in the thick of the playoffs, if not in them, if I keep AB and Big Ben. My first two games, I lost by a COMBINED 5 points. I then got an offer I literally couldn't refuse for Antonio Brown, and with the rumor/certainty of Big Ben retiring after this NFL season I didn't think it made any sense to keep him if I could get good assets back.

The team was fine. Any team will struggle if you take a top 5 QB and the best WR in the league off of it, so I don't see the validity in holding my record against those other players. Fairley, Bouye and Wake were quite easily some of the best players in the league at their positions this season. I still haven't looked at MLBs but Kirksey put up good stats.

Keenan Allen is like 8th in receiving yards. I don't expect him to make it, but I thought I'd toss his name out there because he's a sim god.

So. Yeah. Nick Fairley, Cameron Wake and AJ Bouye should all absolutely be in the Pro Bowl.
