bucsfan333
Why is Robert Quinn so high? He hasn't been good since his breakout year.
kingseanjohn
This list... did they even try?
Kiwibrown
Carl Nassib made the list. 1.5 sacks last year I think and one of them was because the QB fell over in front of him. He had a couple of pass deflections. Emmanuel Ogbah didn't make it and he was better by far and had 6 sacks. Im not saying he should of made the top 400, Im saying that, the list is silly. Staley is for sure too low, but how many relevant 49ers players were on the roster last year aside from Buckner and Staley?

He's been arguably our most important defensive player over the last year and a half outside of Mike Daniels and maybe HHCD. On the other hand, Clay is largely living off his past. ~Sorry, Aaron Rodgers isn't the 6th best player. He's a top-3 player. I agree with your assessment and would add that Guion shouldn't be on this list.
SemperFeist
It's pretty obvious that there was zero thought put into this list.
AnAngryAmerican
Click-bait at it's finest (and therefore, worst). The list, despite the fact that I have dozens of disagreements with it, as I'm sure everyone who follows the NFL does, is not the problem. It's the fact that a entity the stature of SI would publish this. I thought MMQB was better than this.

My point wasn't to say that the 49ers having a player that deserves to be higher. I don't really put much stock into lists like these.

Why do they have Eric Walden, who is unsigned on here? 32 teams x 22 starters = 704 players. If nobody wants him, he doesn't belong in the top-400. TheVillain112
Besides Dalton and Burficts rankings, they were actually fairly kind to the Bengals.
