13. Okoboji Ents (6-6-1) - Okoboji have the schedule to make a playoff push. They have a very tough game this week against the Predators but they finish off vs 2 of the weaker teams in the league. It is not impossible to see the Orcas or Waste Walruses lose 2 times. They could even lose once and we could see them have a chance if Wattsville loses out. It's not likely but the Walrus schedule isn't the easiest. Their most realistic path at the moment is to win out, have Wattsville lose 2 and have New Zealand lose a game. Their other plausible but tougher path is if they lose one but Wattsville loses out while New Zealand loses 2 and Frieburg loses 1.

These guys could even go for the tough path.

Switching to the 34 defense seems to have helped- and offensively engram is getting a lot more involved since dumping kubiak

If not for the Ents winning their last 2 games you'd be playing TL for the playoffs. You'd have to win by 24 though so of course you'd get into chipshot FG range while up 21 and waste like 3 minutes getting a first down on the ground only to kneel it because the sim doesn't know the stakes. Watch it happen now.

Fascinating what is going at the Predators's 2nd OG slot. That revolving door of guards has just gotten punished. Is it that they all remain the weakest link and thus where the line breaks? I was expecting improvements with Tyler Smith but he's allowed more sacks than Damien or Jonah. Less stuffs at least.

Tyron Smith [15 GS]: 13 pancakes, 3 sacks allowed, 12 stuffs allowed.
Quenton Nelson [15 GS]: 25 pancakes, 3 sacks allowed, 6 stuffs allowed.
Austin Corbett [15 GS]: 26 pancakes, 5 sacks allowed, 14 stuffs allowed.
Damien Lewis/Jonah Jackson/Tyler Smith [15 GS]: 25 pancakes, 15 sacks allowed, 20 stuffs allowed.
Ryan Ramczyk [15 GS]: 16 pancakes, 6 sacks allowed, 8 stuffs allowed, 1 recovery, 1 touchdown.

Damien Lewis [6 GS]: 9 pancakes, 5 sacks allowed, 10 stuffs allowed.

Jonah Jackson [4 GS]: 8 pancakes, 4 sacks allowed, 6 stuffs allowed.

Tyler Smith [5 GS]: 8 pancakes, 6 sacks allowed, 4 stuffs allowed.

Despite clinching home field, the Predators will NOT be resting starters as owner RMIB made it clear he wants his first 13 win regular season at all costs.
