The reason we let him go when we did was so we didn't have to start from scratch with no scouting reports. While he may or may not have had the final say our draft was based off reports and big boards from his scouting team that he put together. And I wouldn't say that the trades were part of success. Only thing we have gotten out of the trades so far was EJ Gaines... And even he was banged up all year. Next year all the trades are gonna pay off but we have yet to cash in... Which shows that McDermott is doing a great job with a team who has lost talent do to trades, have yet to cash in on trades, and still has us in playoff hunt for week 17 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
