showtime
This is a fight for the Seahawks wildcard lives. Both the Cowboys and Seahawks currently sit outside the NFC playoff picture, but are both one game out. The Atlanta Falcons are currently 9-5 and occupy the 6th and final playoff seed. This game is obviously a must win for both teams. To note - the Detriot Lions are also 8-6 and fighting for a wild card spot. After last weeks historic beating by the Rams, I'm not sure which Seahawks team we will see Sunday afternoon. Todd Gurley and the Rams offensive line had their way with the Seahawks defense. I expect the Seahawks to get a very heavy dose of Ezekiel Elliott and the Cowboys running game. The Cowboys are currently on a three game win streak and will be fired up. This game will have a playoff like intensity and Jerry World will be rocking. Regardless if the Seahawks win or lose, I hope they show more heart and fight than they did last week. showtime
K.J. Wright was at practice today, so that's a great sign. Wagner also was present.
showtime
Alright so, I mentioned the Detroit Lions and their quest for a potential wild card birth. They just got eliminated from playoff contention today.
showtime
The offense is so bad in large part because the offensive line doesn't give anything time to develop. There's nowhere to run and WR's can't run routes down the field.

Everyone is on a hitch or a go. Then Bevell only calls read option run plays. Its on Bevell. It always has been.

What plays do you want to be called when the offensive line can't block? They ran a screen play that got swallowed up for a 5 yard loss.
showtime
Seahawks win and stay alive for the postseason. The Falcons and Seahawks have the same record, but Atlanta has to tie breaker for the last playoff spot. The Falcons play the Panthers next week and the Seahawks play the Cardinals. The Falcons have to lose and the Seahawks have to win for the Seahawks to make it in.

Thomas spoke on this and said that he wants to be in Seattle, but when the Seahawks kick him to the curb, there's no place he would rather be over the Cowboys. How about an out route at least a few yards PAST the yard to gain instead of right at it where every defense jumps it. How about a roll out for Russ and somone does an out and up? Any double move will work. Every defense we play plays our receivers so tight its embarrassing Bevell cant figure it out after 7 years.

It's a long-developing route.

Yeah maybe 4 seconds. Russell has that long of protection now. It doesnt look like he does because he cant step up in the pocket when everyone runs a hitch and he knows it isnt open. So he goes backyard football style and we see how that has worked the past few weeks.
animaltested
Sometimes, its better to be lucky than good. Ugly game, but a wins a win. Made plays when it mattered.
