BigD88
At least we’ve won the battle of the kickers today. Thats who we’re really all here to see.

In the previous defense, each man was responsible for his guy and tackling was straight forward. In this zone heavy defense you rely a lot more on corners coming up to help against the run. These corners tackle.very well in the open field - against receivers. They are not built to come up and play the run. Does Zimmer think he has Ronde Barber and Champ Bailey out there, or does he realize he has a late round pick and a great man cover guy in Carson's and Diggs? chumpy
geez, DAK can barely hit a wide open WR in the flat.

Some got decent career resurgence later on, like Goff and Baker. But are still not world beaters or record setters and have been more reliable, solid starters. And that's after quite a few years of total bust status. You really never know for sure with QBs. Willis has looked like the 1st round pick with some learning time now (still think he has all pro potential) while the 1st rounder from that year could barely beat out the washed up never has been of Mason Rudolph. Ok let's not be silly and overdramatize now lol I get it's a painful 2 weeks of losses but Dak is more than capable of that throw. He's being beaten up by poor blocking and rushing throws to prevent a painful death on the field I know these beat downs hurt here but let's not start making it sound like Dak Prescott is Skylar Thompson or something...
HDsportsfan
Why did it look like the defender was on CD's back and left arm wrapped around his wasit before the ball got there? I guess when you run a bad route by not even being in the EZ and a so-so throw, you're not getting squat from the refs.

If this team is drafting high in the draft at any point under this Dak contract. Jerry is pulling that trigger. Especially if one of those options within reach of trade or available at their pick has the last name of Sanders or Manning. Jerry would never pass on bringing a name like that to Dallas. Time will tell. Maybe late in Daks contract. In the meantime Jerry will fall back on the we believe in Dak and are building around him narrative. Dallas94Ware
New KO rules suck. But cool, our ball. Time to run the ball, go no where, and force Dak under pressure with no blocking to conver 3rd and 8 against one of the best zone cover teams of the last 10 years. Edit: And then have every fan say Dak sucks when he can't do something maybe 2 or 3 guys in history do frequently Edited Sunday at 11:13 PM by Dallas94Ware
