Thought we'd keep track of this since it will impact us one way or another.

Either we will find our next OC out of the coaches fired or the staffs they commanded.

or

We might be finding our own next HC out of the pool of fired coaches and their staff.

 

1. New York Jets, Todd Bowles, Head Coach
Interest to the Titans:
Possible new DC if Lebeau retires: Todd Bowles (HC) or  Kevin Greene (LB Coach)

2. Cincinnati Bengals, Marvin Lewis, Head Coach
Interest to the Titans: 
Possible DC if Lebeau retires: Paul Guenther (DC), Jim Hayslett (LB Coach)
Possible OC: Bill Lazor (OC)

3. Cleveland Browns- Hue Jackson, Head Coach
Interest to Titans:  None

4. Indianapolis Colts, Chuck Pagano, Head Coach
Interest to Titans:
Possible DC- Chuck Pagano (HC)

5. Oakland Raiders, Jack Del Rio, Head Coach
Interest to Titans: 
Possible OC- Todd Downing
Possible DC- John Pagano

6. New York Giants- OPEN
Interest to Titans: None
 

7. Detroit Lions, Jim Caldwell, Head Coach
Interest to Titans: 
Possible HC: Teyrl Austin( DC)
Possible OC- Jim Bob Cooter (OC), Ron Prince (OL-Coach)

8. Chicago Bears- John Fox, Head Coach
Interest to Titans:
Possible HC and OC- Dowell Loggins (OC)
Possible OC- Dave Ragone (OC)

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Dirk Koetter, Head Coach
Interest to Titans:
Possible DC- Mike Smith (DC)
Possible OC- Dirk Koetter (HC)
Possible addition to scouting department- Jason Licht (GM)

10. Tennessee Titans, Mike Murlakey, Head Coach
Interest to Titans:
Possible HC-Russ Grimm (OL Coach)
Possible OC- Jason Micheal (QB Coach)
Possible DC- Lou Spanos (LB coach)

11. Dallas Cowboys, Jason Garrett, Head Coach
Interest to Titans:
Possible HC- Rich Bisaccia (ST Coach), Jason Garrett (HC)
Possible OC- Jason Garrett (HC), Scott Linehan (OC), Wade Wilson (QB Coach)

12. Houston Texans, Bill O'Brien, Head Coach
Interest to Titans:
Possible HC- Mike Vrabel (DC)

Also keep in mind, if we are keeping Murlakey as HC it is a good chance the OC comes from a staff of a fired HC. It is rare for a winning team or a coach that isn't getting fired to let one of his prized coaches go.

For example, Matt Nagy of the Chiefs isn't coming to the Titans to be an OC. He isn't getting released for that. We'd have to hire someone's WR, OL, or RB Coach. Teams are even reluctant to let their QB coach go to be OC's.  

Any OC we get is going to be a fired OC, OC from a fired HC's staff or a guy from different position (like Robiskie who used to be a WR coach).

Generally is pretty spot on. Things like this are fluid but...
