footbull3196
DeSean Jackson to Tampa immediately comes to mind for me. When I first heard the signing, all I could remember thinking about was how it was literally the perfect fit next to Mike Evans. Add in the OJ Howard pick and you can reasonably project the Bucs' offense to be one of the top units in the league this season
Castiron
IMO, the two best moves of the offseason By Far were the firings of Grigson and Baalke. Best signing was Bennie Logan.
MWil23
From a purely homer standpoint, the Browns investing heavily in the OL was enormous. Zeitler and Tretter are excellent pick ups. They should be able to help in the running game and protect a young QB.
MSURacerDT55
The best move imo purely homer, convincing Gregg Williams to come to the Browns. Gregg Williams isn't just a coach, he is a movement
MKnight82
Browns absorbing Osweiler's contract for a 2nd round pick. Pretty unheard of in the NFL, straight out of NBA GMs playbook.

Now he has Cooks, who comes in as a top 10-15 WR already. It'd be one thing if Cooks had Tom Savage throwing to him prior to coming to the Patriots, but he had Drew Brees throwing to him. Cooks is already what he is, this isn't going to be a Wes Welker surprise or even a newly motivated Randy Moss situation.
