Will this be Sirianni's last game as the Eagles HC?

Will our defense look better than a high school defense??

Will Jalen cross his arms if he throws a TD pass?!?

Find out on the next episode this Sunday!!

Hopefully

Probably not

Minus getting blown off the field like the Tampa game I think Sirianni survives.  Now if they lose 2 of 3 or 3 of 4 on this soft stretch of games I think they will make a move.  It would take something pretty catastrophic or the Eagles to be out of the hunt for the Eagles to cut Sirianni in season imo.  If Hurts comes out looking like he did going into the bye I think they need to sit him, but don't see that happening either.

I think it would be crazy if the FO waited long enough for us to be out of the hunt, or something catastrophic to fire Sirianni. They have too much invested with this team to not put the team over the coach. A coach thats already on the hot seat. If we lose to the Browns then he has to go. Plain and simple.

I don’t think he’s fired in season but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t skeptical about the browns game

”Deshaun is the most sacked QB”

”he can’t throw”

”worst offense in the nfl”

blah blah blah

all I’ll say is this game could easily be the bengals game in 2008

just something about it gives me that feeling. Hope I’m wrong

If the Eagles lose to this team just pack the season in. Sirianni absolutely should be fired if they do. Watson is one of the worst QB's I have ever seen play in the NFL.

They have a good defense, but it shouldn't matter when their offense is so abysmal. You just can't lose this game.

I think this is my uneasiness because all that is true and it’s been true since the cardinals, Seahawks, giants twice or whatever that stretch was

this is all feeling a bit end of the line. I hope I’m wrong. This game gives me such mcnabb in Cincinnati vibes

I think anything short of a double digit victory is a red flag tbh

I’ve actually watched deshaun twice this season, he’s 100% one of the worst QBs I’ve ever seen play that was supposed to be a starter.

And I can’t help shake the feeling that this is one of those games where the eagles season could derail.

I actually think Eagles blow them out because everything it setting up for it to be so, and they should blow them out.

However I think this is that one game that because we win easily and we look improved in some areas on defense and our passing attack is more effective...its going to give our fans a bit of false hope.

Watch us struggle vs the Giants next week.

Can the Eagles blow a team out? I don't think there has been a single game the last two seasons that has been easy. Even when they are winning most of their games they are always nail biters. A blow out, laid back win would be so nice.

I know. Its been forever since we have had one of those types of games, but something makes me think it'll be this week.

I don't think he'll get fired in-season unless we're mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, but with our schedule and how weak the NFC is as a whole, I don't see that happening.
He'll get canned after we get blown out in the wildcard again.
If we're hovering around .500, but lose to Dallas twice, I could maybe see Lurie pulling the trigger after the 2nd Dallas loss, but I give that only like a 10% chance.

My prediction, Josh McCown's Browns single game passing yardage record of 457 yards is in danger.

I think people are highly underrating the history of how Lurie has handled these situations in the past.  Even with Chip Kelly we knew for weeks his firing was coming and he still only got canned after being a **** with FO staff including Lurie behind closed doors and it stopped only happened after the Eagles were out of contention.  We're not going to like it, but barring something catastrophic Sirianni is going to be here and the change will either happen after the season or late in the year.

I just dont think Nick will get the Andy Reid or Dougie P treatment. I have blind faith that this FO will do the right thing and fire Nick if they lose to the Browns. I have faith that they understand that its about the team and our ability to compete for a superbowl with the massive investments that they have made for this team. Nick didnt win the franchise's first and only superbowl or didnt go to 5 NFC Championships. Nick had his team quit on him last year and historically embarrassed themselves and the franchise. He came into this season on the hot seat. I have blind faith that the FO will realize this isnt about the history of how they have handled coaches in the past, but about how to get this team to compete for the present and future.

And if they dont, and let him continue to be the HC, then it just adds to the fact that this FO is very inept at a lot of their decision making.
