A rather long process. 13-3, 1st seed, divisional loss, followed by 9-7, 2nd place to Philly, no playoffs. Just like Garrett's first two years as OC- with a young QB in his first two full years as a starter, to boot. Maybe it's all coincidence, but it sure feels like history repeating itself. And last time, 07 was our best shot. The difference here is that Dak is still on his rookie contract and not taking up over 10% of the cap like most team's QBs- an opportunity we better not blow. Northland
Pivotal off season. The division will be competitive next year. Eagles are solid. There's no way the Giants and Redskins have something like 20 plus players each on IR. It's very early but we could win the division next year or finish last. What's the trend been in the NFC East, last one year and first the next?
plan9misfit
What an uninspiring “win”.

Very true. This is such a frustrating team. A lot of talent, yet an injury to a key player occurs and the wheels come off. It's pivotal in terms of the changes we make or don't. I saw that went all most the whole season when it mattered with out getting one on a passing play, now get one when it really didn't matter other then to give us a worse draft pick. This game really to me showed just how weak our OL is right now. WE need two starter quality at Guard for depth and tackle to start for next year. And I am thrilled with a lot on the D side. JUST more quality depth with speed at LB and a little help to replace Scandrick. And replace what we cann't resign on the DL> That's an infusion of Five to six players capable of playing NOW.
