2017 Packers Training Camp General Discussion

Fackrell had a sneaky good start to his rookie year, then he hit a wall, then he got injured.  If he's bigger and built to take a bit more grind, I like his odds as someone to take a leap.  To me, he's the 2nd most important guy after House to make a difference from last year.

"Richard Rodgers said it will heal on its own. It wasn't easy today, but he said he'll be able to catch the ball and block just fine"

this is the best thing that could have happened for him, careerwise then!

Not gonna lie,

I laughed

little hesitant to bring this up, but... is anyone else noticing a bit of an awakening on the packers player twitter timeline?

and others from Marty B, including retweeting his brother's anthem protest

And then Aaron Rodgers retweeting bennett on the "woke" topic.

So... yeah.  Was gonna post a thread abt this but didn't want to rock the boat too hard.  This team seems very different from ones we have seen in the past -- up to and including last season.

I'm glad the players feel comfortable expressing their opinions.  Anyone know if similar things are going on with other teams outside of Seattle?

Marty B was tweeting abt all of it, Finley tweeted his "shut up and play ball" and then Marty responded to that.  Followed by HHCD saying don't waste your time bra it will go over his head.

Still, things were happening before Finley said anything.

I don't follow Packer players. Are we sure this is really a new team attitude and not just about Finley and what went on lately?

Just on the way to work they were talking about a bunch of tweets from it but I wasn't honestly listening that close so it seems common.
