Even if you didn't use the JJ chart, no chart will make this a viable-to-both-teams trade. There really isn't a good reason to give up this much. If you intend to make many more draft scenario posts (and you will because you always have) I suggest roughly even trades in the future - even if you are not using the JJ chart.
