pf9
For years as the Jaguars struggled, people in Orlando complained when the local CBS station showed a Jaguars road game as required by NFL rules, with Orlando being one of the team's secondary markets. The team's home games were almost never shown in Orlando. Then in 2014, the Jaguars drafted Blake Bortles, an Orlando-area native and a former UCF quarterback. This raised the possibility that Orlando would change its views on the Jaguars. No real breakthrough came until this season though, with the Jaguars in the playoffs for the first time in 10 years. Not only are there no complaints about the road games being shown but local stations are starting to show the team's home games too. It seems that with a hometown hero at QB, the Jaguars are becoming Orlando's most popular NFL team.
