As of now there hasn’t been any news of other candidates receiving second interviews and of course with Vrabel off the market this seems like just a way for Ballard and McDaniels to sell the hiring to Irsay. The cowboys lost wannstedt and turner at the same time but i cant remember 3 coaches getting poached like that. My guess would be this "2nd interview" is probably more about getting the staff lined up and some of those hires done since they cant make McD official for 2 weeks.
