I feel bad too. I've had to fire people for not being able to do their jobs or being unsafe. Kept me up many nights but sometimes, you just gotta get rid of them for the greater good of the team, fans, and themselves. I really think Blair will never overcome these kicks. Wasn't that a knock on him coming out of college? Walsh can be a good kicker for stretches. He just doesn't have the mental toughness to battle through stressful kick situations or rough stretches.
