JuJu Smith-Schuster: Offensive ROY?

The guy looks incredibly special. Catches everything that comes near him and runs good routes. Breaks tackles like a power running back. Has seemingly no weaknesses.

311 yards, 2 TD in the last 2 1/2 games.

774 yards, 6 TD, 16ypc so far on the season.

The stats are good, not amazing... but when you watch him play, he's obviously a star in the making.

The top two candidates are Kareem Hunt and Alvin Kamara: Hunt was off to a historic start and has has a good season overall; Kamara has made about the same impact as Smith-Schuster, though has had more opportunities and plays at an easier position for rookies.

I think JuJu didn't get enough opportunities in the first half of the season to win this award, but his competition isn't great and he's obviously a star, so I think he at least deserves a mention.

Kamara has similar receiving stats on more targets, and then an additional 700 yards and 7 TDs rushing at 6.2 YPC.

Michael Thomas had over 1100 yards receiving last year and 9 TDs and didn't win it.

JuJu has been great. but I seriously doubt he wins it.

JuJu definitely had a better year than Fournette.

And Kupp. Nice stats but bad drops in the clutch and never displayed the athleticism or strength that JuJu has. And Watson simply didn't play long enough. JuJu's season is just below Hunt's at the very least.
