I'd be glad to trade for him I wound up at a SB party with him during the Panthers / Broncos game. Suuuuuper nice dude. He thought I was stoned because I was too intimidated to talk to him and all I did was eat food.

If we can get him back that would be great. His price just went up though. King, Alexander, Jackson, and Brown. Brown is pretty solid in his own right. Really high on that kid. Plays good tight coverage and also has attitude. Guess if we bring back Breeland he'd currently be #3 in the pecking order. Jackson was a bit of a disappointment last season. Hope the kid gains confidence and the light goes on for him next year. If it doesn't work out and CB he'd make a fine S. He might be better suited for that position anyway. We'll see. {Family Ghost}
Mark Murphy too some questions from fans .. not much new, but some info about their search committee and why they chose not to use a search firm. They are relying heavily on the NFL's advisory list of recommended coaches. https://www.packers.com/news/mt5-after-disappointing-end-to-season-focus-is-now-on-future?campaign=sf205458507_FB_C-Content-GB_CT-Murphy Takes Five-GB_SP-Associated Bank-GB_sf205458507&sf205458507=

Wolf in fact is a strong believer of the approach Murphy and Gute is taking. Quote Wolf said he would never rely on a head-hunter such as Jed Hughes of Korn Ferry to help in the search. The executive committee used Hughes to identify Murphy and Murphy used him to help identify GM candidates after Ted Thompson was stripped of his duties. “You have to do it yourself, “Wolf said. “It’s on you.” https://eu.packersnews.com/story/sports/nfl/packers/2018/12/04/packers-coaching-search-silverstein-how-ron-wolf-found-his-coaches/2207350002/ Edited January 6, 2019 by Chili
Shanedorf
Comp picks for 2019 are being projected - here's a link to OTC with their predictions https://overthecap.com/projecting-the-2019-compensatory-picks/ No comp picks for the Packers ? No worries. Even if the Saints win the SB, Gute still got more value out of that extra 1st than (5) 3rd rounders combined An "extra" 1st is a HUGE win

I have always thought that the lack of free agency activity made the job harder for sports writers- far fewer stories to write about.
