Might be among the last few Supplemental draft actually  might of been worth what was given  up, for the team that drafted them.

Whats the point of the supplemental draft? Can't all those guys be signed as a FA after the NFL draft?

The supplemental draft is for those that did NOT sign up for the draft and could NOT be drafted nor signed before.

Basically it's for players that said they were going to go back to school for another year and then some unusual circumstances come up

Such as their school tells them they're not allowed to play (low GPA or suspension or released from team), or family emergency (loss house, find out they're having a kid) and they need money now. or really any reason the NFL seems allowable.

So they had a late change of plans and now what to be drafted, and must go through the draft process for the first and only time.

Acme Packing -  The Packers have signed 2020 fifth-round draft choice Kamal Martin.  As the 175th pick, Martin’s contract will be worth about $3.5 million over four years, including a signing bonus of a little more than $270,000.

Acme Packing -   The Green Bay Press-Gazette took the pulse of fans and “more than half” of fans surveyed said they would not attend a game this year and a majority of those answering that way said the coronavirus pandemic is the reason although other issues such as pricing also were factors.  Out of just over 1,200 fans surveyed, 54.7% said no to attending game this year.

Is that 1200 ticket holders or 1200 fans?

I think the way it's worded, it's clearly just fans. But 54% would make no sense.
