Couldn't afford it. Just rehabbed with a specialist for a long time and now incorporate those exercises into my workouts. Probably down to once every few months something pops, much better. What kind of exercises were you doing? I'm always looking for new things to add to my workout.

That suggests a rotator cuff injury where the rim of the cuff is broken. I do hope there is a good fix for that, that both holds it firmly in place AND doesn't inhibit movement. The only two bright spots are that that a renowned guy has fixed it, and this should have shown up in physicals from the Combine onwards, so the Packers should have been aware of it when they drafted King. I don't have the link at my fingers, but I read that they knew about the shoulder and hoped he would make it through the season and address it with a proper fix in the off season. Surprised he made it as long as he did having had two bad shoulders myself.

Just a lot of band and self resistance work for my shoulders, nothing that would be all too fun for a healthy individual ha. I only bench on a Smith machine now and don't squat or powerlift. It's helping for sure.
Green19
sounds like Aaron wants to make sure he is one of the highest paid QBs in the twilight of his career. No Brady discounts here...

Not really liking either concept

Not really liking either concept I think he wants one of a few things: - wants to link his salary to the cap. Like every year he accounts for 30% of the packers cap. So as the cap increases so does his salary. - opt outs built in. Ala Lebron James. After a certain amount of years he can opt out of his deal. To get a crack at a new deal when his deal because grossly out of date. i don’t think he truly wants to have say over personnel. Arthur Penske
I will be having dinner with Theilen and CJ Ham next week ( along with a lot of other people). You better believe I'm wearing GB gear and talking smack.

At a set % of the cap, you have little wiggle room for other contracts to be front or back loaded. And when his play declines, that is a big chuck to pay without an escape . Aaron Rodgers would be foolish to give a discount as there is no advantage for him to do so. He needs to bleed every last cent from the franchise because you know damn well they won't hesitate to toss him to the curb if they think they can save a cent. He's a generational QB, he's not like any other player. I don't think he has anything to worry about unless he flat out bombs at some point. Even if he's playing at an Eli Manning level in 4-5 years I doubt they're "tossing him to the curb." You have to have a franchise QB in place to make that move. I wouldn’t blame him either, but it can be counter productive given his legacy, career goals. Facts are there is a salary cap and if Rodgers wants players to play in Green Bay to help him... to some degree he needs to take less than what he is truly worth. I think he knows this. One of the draw backs to not having an owner, we can’t just give Rodgers a nice under the table salary to make negotiations simpler haha. I have a feeling Kraft has been doing this with Tom for years.
