packfanfb
So he can play with a brace but he might need time to heal?
Spartacus
If Tom's sources are right that is HUGE. I don't need 100% Alexander at 80% and a brace is still better then half of the #1 corners in the league as long as there is no risk to make it worse. Is it just me or is his tweet pretty ambiguous or confusing? on purpose maybe? Edited October 5, 2021 by Arthur Penske

That first sentence is terrible. makes you think he's fine, then makes you think he's not fine, and I'm still not sure if that sentence is a question or not. Come on Tom Silverstein

Come on Tom Silverstein I expect more speculation and predictions in the next 24 hours about Jaire’s status. Until we hear from brass, everything else is just speculation, which is all Silverstein was doing laying out multiple scenarios. If he can play with a shoulder brace that is a huge improvement from possible IR.
Packer_ESP
I’m not a native English speaker but the tweet is pretty clear to me. All three options are in the form of a question: “can he play with a brace” and not “he can play with a brace”. He’s just saying GB is checking multiple specialists to see which of the three options (brace, rest or IR) is the right one. So he’s not really saying anything at all.

I read it as two options: (A) "Can we play w/ a brace during the [short] healing time?" or (B) "Can he NOT play with a brace [because] it's a long-term injury"

I was thinking the same thing. First he says "yea he can play with a brace." Then he says, "he may need time to heal and it may be long-term." Lol.
