GB can not get any love from the NFL on international. Pretty frustrating

Good luck marketing the Dolphins in Spain. Few people follow the NFL at all and the teams that are more or less "known" around the general populace are Cowboys and Patriots first, then maybe Bears - Steelers - Giants.

I wonder how these designations are made. Green Bay is well known to have "declined" playing overseas for years. Perhaps this is the NFLs way of sending a message?

GB didn’t decline to play overseas. They declined to play a home game overseas. Murphy has said time and time again they would like to play overseas for another teams home game (not easy)and are working to make it happen. I think 2022 has a real shot to be the year and I’m going to that game when it happens.

Longest knee injury recovery I’ve seen in quite some time.  Not really that optimistic that he’ll even return this season, and even if he does, how good of shape/condition will he even be in?  Just a damn shame man.

Bak will play. Hasn’t even been a year.

you know the guy in your avy Kurt Loder is 76? Makes me feel Old.

Is Stokes good or is he not good?

Has King been playing well?

Where will our corners likely line up when Jaire comes back?

Stokes is not good.  He is very good.  Only thing keeping from being an elite CB really fast is the ability to turn around and find the ball in the air.

King?  I'm not sure, but I think he was behind Stokes, Douglas and Sullivan last game.  I didn't see him out there that much.

King could be CB#5 when Jaire comes back.

I love Stokes, his ability to cover is elite.  Stokes has been amazing, he's really good.  He's a rookie, and already they hardly ever even throw his way.  His hands stink, so if you're going to prioritize interceptions he's not likely to ever be perfect.  But as a pure coverage back, he's been just awesome.  OK, I'm not a scout or a specialist, this is just an amateur fan watching games.  But guys he covers, they never seem to be very open.  Even on that Hopkins catch in the AZ game, Stokes was right on him until the last second.  And over the last month, the TV camera hardly ever shows Stokes because teams hardly ever throw his way. Just a fantastic pick to be a rookie-ready star right out of the box, at a position exactly where our need was max with Jaire and King going down.

I think King has been solid, when he's played.  He hasn't been a liability, he's been just fine.  Playing more slot, I don't think his biggest vulnerability, the soft cushion he tended to allow on boundary, is exposed as much.  He's been just fine when he's played.

Sullivan is kind of a specialist at his spot.  He's played really well.  That King should be #5 on the CB depth chart, should Jaire get back, speaks more to how great Stokes and Rasul have been, rather than reflecting unfavorably on King.  There just aren't many corners in this league who are going to rank above Stokes on any depth charts, that's for sure.

To get a stud like Stokes at pick 29, that was a huge steal.  Every year I see lots of pre-draft posts wanting to trade down from late-first into the second to pick up an extra later pick.  I saw lots of "I-hope-we-trade-down" posts this year, too.  Man, am I glad Gute didn't do that and didn't trade down from his shot at Stokes.
