Rodgers and Adams is starting to look like a package deal.

I'm busting the package.

"Aaron? You wanna go hang with your woman and enjoy life in Denver? We can do that.....but Davante's heading someplace else. You want DEN or feel like taking that year off?"

Hackett just got a second interview in Denver.  If he gets that gig I would not be surprised to see Getsy get the OC job there.  If that happens the Rodgers/Adams to Denver smoke will really start to billow

I heard they were working out a deal with Quinn?

Ken Ingalls - Packers Cap -  Remember these futures contract signings add up to significant cost against the Packers 2022 salary cap. The minimum salary for a non-credited season player next year is $705,000. The Packers have signed 12 players in the past 24 hours adding over $9 million to their cap costs.

Until we hit 51 players on the roster. Never been a fan of Ingalls, he tries to act like the smartest man in the room. These are only hitting our cap hard right now because of the unusually low # of under contract players. Once the rule of 51 kicks in, and we have a full camp roster, these contracts are completely invisible.

Ken is a prime example of "a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing".

He's a football fan who can do accounting but doesn't understand the business side (at all).

Every single one of his tweets has been absolutely worthless to everyone.

He's a guy who knows just about as much as any of the overly knowledgeable cap guys on this forum, but decided to put "Packers Cap" in his Twitter handle.

Too funny. It's not like his opinion is offered as the end all be all on the topic. It should be considered on the same par as "the overly knowledgeable cap guys on this forum" - nothing more / nothing less. Dont see the problem myself.

They would be fools not to tag him .. far to valuable to let walk away for a 2023 comp pick

Agree, but they don't like using the tag.  They'll probably have to if they want to keep him.  I wouldn't sign with GB if I was him.

correct, but until GB hits that mark, they still count in the cap charge.  So 12 players at 700K each is $8.4M.

46 players under contract for 2022 and GB is $45M over per spotrac
