How long have you been doing it? I've dropped 7 pounds since Jan 2.

Over a year now. I was referred to Kinobody from a friend and it's been life-changing.

I only lift 3 times a week and I'm in better shape than when I used to spend hours upon hours in the gym.

Too many people try to over complicate things whether it be dieting (unsustainable diets, low carb or low fat diets) or workout routines (ton of volume). Kinobody has kept everything simple for me and I've seen the best results from it.

I agree with the complicating things. My portion control has been very good, but its not like I stop myself from eating anything. If its in my window, I'll have a slice of pizza or two etc

Been hopping in the sauna for 20 minutes after my workouts. Why didn't I start doing this earlier? Feels great during and after.

I hate saunas. Always feel like I'm going to pass out and nobody will find me in the steam until I'm a roast turkey.

Anyone had an issue with numbness in an arm/hand during lifting? I felt it twinge a little last week but it went away. Then this morning I nearly dropped a dumbbell on my head after my arm went completely numb. A pinched nerve? Was terrifying for a brief moment.

I'd say 50% of houses in Minnesota (built before the 90's) have a sauna. Sort of mandatory for Scandinavians.

I don’t like IF all that much but yes, to all of this.

Everyone wants to reinvent the wheel and it’s just not that complex.

Are you being facetious or is that a legit estimate?

I'm sure it isn't as popular in the Twin Cities or down south, but up in northern Minnesota where 80% of people are 2nd/3rd generation Scandinavian, yeah. Part of the culture.

Both houses I lived in growing up had them. Most of my friends had a sauna either at their house or their cabin. 3/5 of my girlfriends in high school had saunas in their house.
