I do it twice a week during the fall football season when I coach. It's a MUST for me, otherwise I'll gain weight.
cddolphin
Been hopping in the sauna for 20 minutes after my workouts. Why didn't I start doing this earlier? Feels great during and after. Edited January 29, 2018 by cddolphin

I was referred to Kinobody from a friend and it's been life-changing. I only lift 3 times a week and I'm in better shape than when I used to spend hours upon hours in the gym. Too many people try to over complicate things whether it be dieting (unsustainable diets, low carb or low fat diets) or workout routines (ton of volume). Kinobody has kept everything simple for me and I've seen the best results from it.

My portion control has been very good, but its not like I stop myself from eating anything. If its in my window, I'll have a slice of pizza or two etc

Anyone had an issue with numbness in an arm/hand during lifting? I felt it twinge a little last week but it went away. Then this morning I nearly dropped a dumbbell on my head after my arm went completely numb. A pinched nerve? Was terrifying for a brief moment. Everyone wants to reinvent the wheel and it’s just not that complex.

I'm sure it isn't as popular in the Twin Cities or down south, but up in northern Minnesota where 80% of people are 2nd/3rd generation Scandinavian, yeah. Part of the culture. Both houses I lived in growing up had them. Most of my friends had a sauna either at their house or their cabin. 3/5 of my girlfriends in high school had saunas in their house.
