Lesson - don't stop.

The other lesson is to ease back I slowly and not be a hero ;)

Thought about it, but then realized i've never fully get back in if i didn't just go for it.

It's a good pain.  I like the doms.

What does a course like that cost?

hmmmm.. I didn't know that they make Skim Fairlife. I'm gunna have to try that one out. I LOVE Fairlife.
