Right down main street. Amazing how they got that field goal after that huge time loss when they didn't take the timeout.

Its just how they drew it up. They know Elliott needs pressure to make clutch kicks so they just wanted to add to the pressure.

So the Giants game never happened?

I mean come on, his very first throw that drew the DPI. The one where he misses Burton just wide. I love all the keyboard warriors sitting on their couches ignoring that the wins has been an absolute story in this game for both QBs. Its a large reason why the Falcons are running so much despite it being the Eagles' strength.

His very first throw was an absolute abomination when it left his hand. It was a duck, the wind didn't matter because it came out so poorly.

the falcons are running it because they are averaging like 5 ypc.

amazing Elliot can hit a 53 yard field goal in that same terrible wind.

Umm... Okay...

All of the Falcons points were off turnovers. The Eagles ran the ball effectively. The DLine played well and outside of a few missed tackles the DBs did too.

If the Eagles clean it up, they will win this game, cause they are the better football team.

You really cannot be this obtuse...  But since we're working in this land of using one facet of evidence to draw to conclusions how about the missed XP.

But somehow, despite LITERALLY every reporter for both teams reporting pre-game that the wind is a factor and still live-tweeting that the wind is a factor you have determined from your coach that the wind isn't a factor.

Oh look... the NBC team just brought it up too.

The wind was going that direction. This is a bad argument.

And yet that's why foles missed burton apparently... and based on Bryant's field goal to start it was gong 6 mph from left to right into the wind. So I'm not so sure.

You're right Nick foles is usually super accurate and hasn't passed for under 50% each of his last 2 starts.

Wind carries the ball. That is good for a kick. Not so much for a throw that needs to be in a particular distance. This is getting ridiculous that you aren't getting it.

Here's the problem with your assessment. You can say the exact same thing about the Falcons. Their halfbacks are running at a much better clip than the Eagle's guys are despite the Eagles having a much better Run D than the Falcons' Run D. They're (obviouly) passing the ball much better as well. They also haven't put the ball on the ground 3 times. Given that the scoreline is virtually even minus an Elliot missed XP to say the Eagles are playing better id facetious. Are they the better team? Yeah. But you can't sit here and say they're playing better when their points required a 4th & Goal score and an Immaculate Reception. Either way, should be a good game the 2nd half.

And that's why al Michaels mentioned it cutting through the wind....

Bryants kick to start the game was supposedly into the wind according to their wind chart. Elliot's kick was the same direction.
