RaidersAreOne
The Gruden thread is getting flooded with a ton of information, so a thread dedicated to new Raiders coaches would be nice. SuedeStonn
During the press conference Gruden said we already have Guenther (officially), Bisaccia and Olsen (no 'official' qualifier, but Gruden didn't say we were going after them, but that we already have them). CaliforniaKid7
Can't say I have any real history with any of these coaching choices but I'm really liking what I've read up on Brown and Bartlow. Both former players, Bartlow has head coaching experience at the collegiate level and both are former players in the league.
NickButera
Cincy's DC and LB coach should be a good pairing. What they did with burfict and the rest of their LBs was pretty impressive.

holyghost
If Gannon gets it thank god Olson is around. He'll be the de facto QB coach and Gannon will essentially be a paid intern for it. Not a great idea to put your QB in the hands of a coach with no experience whatsoever. Count me in the minority in saying guys like Gannon and C Woodson have no qualifications to be coaching for the Raiders. Just like R Woodson, which worked out very poorly. End the legacy positions forever. Hire professional coaches.
