As we have done in the past, we will vote on each team (voting will last for two days) before advancing to the next one before we get to the pick. This round will be done PRE-Free Agency, so for our purposes we will assume every major FA stays put. the second time we do this will be after most FA have left elsewhere. I think the likely answer is QB here. And while I think Baker should have been a Bronco, I think Allen should be a Jet.

I would have voted Allen here if Baker was gone but since he’s still on the board I’d go with Mayfield.

Not a fan of remaining QBs at this spot. Jets need help on D and Wilkerson has probably played his last game for them. Went with Chubb.

Baker without a doubt as we don’t know our qb situation. Chubb would be the pick if we get our qb in FA. (Cousins)

I went with Lamar as he's the exact type of player I think the Jets would love as their QB.

I like Lamar but I just don’t see him going this high. Why I can’t tell you lol I just don’t see him sitting top ten

Forget what I would want, if the board fell like this I believe Josh Allen would be the pick. Although there's a lot to like about Baker and I'd want him more than Allen, he doesn't fit the profile of what Maccagnan typically values in a draft prospect.

If Mohomes can go top 10 anything's possible

 

Also Baker is full of intangibles that make him good. Lamar is full of measurables. When the scout\proday\combine season of measuring comes around, I feel like Lamar will slowly rise up the boards, and Baker will slowly fall. That trend continues until the draft.

I agree. Being a D Watson style player and seeing the success of Watson makes me think that Lamar may go higher.

Having the Jets draft Mayfield may be to volatile with the media pressures of NYC. Or may be a perfect match. Just don't think the Jets can afford that gamble.

Macc would pick - Allen

I want - Mayfield

as long as we come away with one of those two I'm happy.

Cousins is such a big domino it's hard to predict what the top 6 will look like with the Jets and Broncos likely fighting over him. It's either QB or Chubb for us, we haven't had a Pass Rusher in 12 years.
