The problem with that is, if the team is trying to contend next season (and I don't see why they wouldn't) then trading Earl Thomas for a 2nd round pick is really bad.  He's still one of the best safeties in football.  I'd rather keep him.

Yeah I elected to keep him. Any thoughts on the roster after this first draft?

I like the players you're targeting.  Dion Lewis is a good player and I like the bigger receivers you're targeting as well.  Losing Richard Sherman sucks, but I understand it.  I'm just not sure the team is going to go that route.  Many people are convinced that Sherman will be gone, but I still think the team has playoff/SB goals.  I thought Sherman's play was fine before his injury and he's never been a CB that has relied on his athletic ability.  With that said, the injury is very difficult to come back from, but what if the Seahawks gave him an opportunity to see if he can bounce back.  If he can along with Kam, that secondary could be really good to go along with a really good front seven.
