If Wilkins declares, I wouldn't mind him at 19 at all, especially if they are as hell bent on keeping Collins at the 1T as Broaddus says they are. I realize he told Garrett come get me, but he's not available and unless I missed it I haven't heard anything about Seattle planning to cut him.
