Maybe it's time to look for a Co-GM for him.

Wouldn't be a bad idea if it is indeed a repeating trend. As a divisional rival team... it's good seeing an autopick selection of a running back who averaged 2.9 ypc the past two seasons, and a rookie WR with 375 receiving yards. As an owner who enjoys the all the aspects of this league that Nacho works hard to bring to fruition, it disappoints me to see this level of inactivity.

I mean don't need to imagine, you were the one who traded your two draft classes away to him for 10 tags. I think those seasons resulted in 3-13 and 7-9, with effectively double draft picks in the first 10 rounds.
RuskieTitan
Which is interesting, now that I think about it. The Casinos were unable to parlay those excess picks into a playoff run, but at the same time Melbourne crippled themselves after managing to win a ship for one season. Had the championship run fallen short... it would have been two franchises tanking each other. Just goes to show that long term success isn't about a boatload of picks or tags, it's about a healthy balance of quality keepers as well as enough draft picks to augment them. After all, draft picks just get you the players that aren't kept, but not being able to draft anyone until late also leaves a lot of weaknesses. At the time it was one franchise setting themselves up for long term success. The other setting themselves up for a one and done. But now we can look back and see that if I hadn't won the chip it would have been two franchises wasting mounds and mounds of resources. Thankfully it never came to that. I won a chip and in turn killed my franchise for 3 seasons (s13-15). But id gladly trade away 3 seasons for a championship. Especially given I got Romo a chip as well. This is what bothers me the most - understandably things come up but I find it hard to believe that someone can't find 5 minutes out of their day to make their picks. El Ramster
I knew it was due for a bad tenure when he picked Demarco Murray over that Chi back! Then traded away Dak for peanuts. Dark times ahead.
Glen
Shame that SC couldn't use my picks properly. But at the time I also wasn't too worried about giving SC a dynasty
