Make some cheesesteaks to honor the team going to the Super Bowl.

Minnesota's finest, Surlys and Grain Belts. My technique is to pick them up the day before and then chill them down in the fridge. Delicious.

A batch of my special chili, cheese, chopped green onions, crackers, or scoops if you prefer. Some roasted Hebrew Nationals for those that like the Coney option. Chopped fruit and veggies.

Doing wings for next week. I'll have to think what I want to do for the Super Bowl when that happens. Generally I'll do buffalo chicken dip which is always great.

I'm making Jerk Chicken, Jamaican rice and peas (the peas are really beans), mussels in white wine and garlic sauce, and guacamole. Not sure what everyone else is bringing...
